Project Manager
We are seeking a versatile Project Manager who is intelligent, eager, personable, independent, assertive and able to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive, stressful environment. The position will report to the Director of the company. The job will include, without limitation, the following responsibilities. Note the duties may be altered from time to time in the sole and absolute discretion of the company.
Job Description
- Initiate, plan, track and deliver projects on-time, within budget and to quality expectations.
- Develop project plans and schedules that include project phase, from initiation to closure leveraging the existing SDLC and Agile development framework.
- Proven leadership skills; strong customer service orientation with the ability to lead the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational and motivational skills, with close attention to detail.
- Be able to work closely with senior executives on project or product implementation timelines
- Effectively manage and work with all functional areas to ensure projects are delivered on- time; regular status meetings and reporting.
- Able to address and resolve people, process, or resource issues in a fast paced environment.
- Contribute ideas and lead major initiatives to develop project management capability
- Communicate with the team lead, project team members and client to ensure expectations are being met.
- Mentor, guide and educate project and initiative managers / leads, and the company culture.
Candidate Profile
- Development in Java / dot net – 4 to 5 years experience
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience in the Financial / Education industry
- PMP certification – Preferred
- Any post graduation degree; MCS is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to facilitate communication upwards and downwards.
- Ability to deliver projects with limited supervision
- Leader and dedicated team player who is both self-directed and able to multitask on various projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management and Knowledge of the Agile Development Methodology a plus
Compensation
- The position will pay a competitive salary (industry standards) plus opportunity for bonus compensation
- The initial CTC will be based on the previous CTC of the candidate and later it will be revised based on the performance.
Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analysts who will be responsible for documentation and assume the overall responsibility for the collection and consolidation of required information and data. He should be able to write business process documents using software tools. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for managing client relationships while coordinating project activities. The successful candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be able to provide technical documentation.
Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience in business process engineering, business system analysis and working through the SDLC,
- Experience writing functional requirements specification (FRS).
- Experience writing business process documents using BPM tools
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong requirements gathering skills (interviewing business and operational users).
- Good at writing Functional Specifications , Business Flow and Requirements.
- Basic understanding of the company’s business practices and familiarity with the company’s products and services.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with degree in Business Management
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst - Software
- Should be well aware of SDLC, Agile development Technology
- Good at Business Systems analysis, FRS, FRD’s, requirement gathering
- Usage BPM tools – Must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to facilitate communication upwards and downwards
