Before founding Bluepond, she specialised in freelance consultation in software quality analysis. Vinaya has also worked as a Quality Assurance professional for Persistent Systems, Pune and as a Product Engineer at Symphony Services, Pune, India serving clients such as Bridgestone Corp., Convio Inc. and CT Space.
Vinaya holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Pune University, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune University, India.

Anand’s prior experience includes working for Triple Point Technology (TPT) as a consultant in CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) solutions, business analysis, project implementation and business expansion functions. At TPT, Anand was responsible for the successful implementation of multiple projects in more than 15 countries around the globe, having worked for clients like UBS, BP, Conoco Philips,Armajaro, Cargill, Reliance, Borealis, Bear Sterns among others. Anand’s expertise is in physical as well as exchange trading and hedging strategies for commodities including Oil, Power, Softs and Emission. He was also a significant contributor to the business expansion process for TPT covering APAC and EMEA regions.
Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nagpur University, India.

Shrirang’s expertise lies in solution designing and development. Before founding Bluepond, he worked for Persistent Systems, Nagpur, India as a senior project manager. He was involved in managing a team of resources to design and develop a Revenue Recovery Management System for a major US based Healthcare provider. Prior to this, Shrirang worked at Oracle Corporation, Hyderabad, India handling various roles involving software development to project management for their Human Capital Management systems. He has vast software development experience in diverse enterprise software products and has worked extensively as database architect.
Shrirang holds a Master’s degree in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, India and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from REC Nagpur, India.

Before founding Bluepond, Arun was involved in many small projects which led to his decision of working with a Consulting firm. He was a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting in the New York office. In his capacity as an intern, Arun worked with one of the largest Investment Banks in the world to deploy a Project and Portfolio Management system. Arun has also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Higher Education Opportunity Programs at NYU and as a Research Assistant to Dr. Lenny Tevlin, Master Teacher at New York University, in the field of Theoretical Combinatorics.
Arun holds a dual Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Economics and Finance from New York University, New York, USA.
